It came out delicious. Right amount of ingredients, I adapted it and added some more vegetables as I didn’t have enough prawns.. definitely make it again.

Quite soupy and not very flavorful, but that may be because I added vegetables (carrots and mushrooms). I will not be making this again.

LOVED this dish though did make some tweeks to boost the flavour. I increased the Thai paste to 3 tbsp (the Asda's own one) and added 1 tbsp each of garlic puree, lemongrass paste, ginger paste and tomato paste. I also thickened it with cornflour. Will make again and again, so super easy, very versatile and very healthy. Also hold the oil as it barely needs any and that cuts the cals way down. Served with white rice and on another occasion with cauliflower rice.
However, note: serves 3 max!
