- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Spice Islands Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Spice Islands® Ground Cumin
- 1 Tbsp. Mazola® Chicken Flavor Bouillon Powder (jar, OR Mazola® Sobrecitos™ Tomato Flavor Bouillon Packets)
- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 11 oz. mexi-corn (drained)
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes (OR tomato sauce)
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- avocado (optional)

Directions
- Microwave squash for 3 to 4 minutes, set aside.
- Heat oil in large 4 to 6-quart saucepan over medium heat and add turkey.
- Brown turkey for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking apart.
