- 1/4 cup black sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- lettuce
- 2 nori sheets (cut into quarters)
- Kewpie Mayonnaise (or regular mayonnaise)
- wasabi (optional)
