Description
No baking required for these tasty chocolate bites. Made with no flour, an oat based dough is rolled into balls, dipped in chocolate and coated with your favorite topping--coconut, chopped nuts, the choice is yours. An elegant accompaniment to tea or dessert for company.

- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 3 tsp. cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. cream
- dark chocolate
- coconut (shavings, substitute with slivered almonds or peanuts)

Directions
- Grind oats in mixer. Set aside.
- Mix butter and sugar for about 5 minutes in mixer.
- Add vanilla, sugar, and cocoa. Mix.
