This was easy and tasted great. my wife liked it even more the day after.

Very good!! I put on a bed of lettuce and added sour cream and cheese. I used a jalapeño instead of cayenne pepper.

Easy and tasty while still meeting my dietary needs. I used Cajun seasoning for the spices and loved it. Served with lettuce wraps for a light dinner.
