- 1 chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. ginger (minced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup cilantro (minced)
- 1 cucumber (small, peeled seeded and chopped)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. mint (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions
- Combine ingredients in large bowl. Make incisions in chicken approximately ½-inch apart. Place chicken in 9" x 13" pan. Pour marinade over chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate 6-8 hours, up to overnight.
- While chicken is marinating, combine Cucumber Raita ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
- Remove chicken from marinade and arrange evenly spaced on Grill. Grill for 30-40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes until internal temperature is 165°F. Some pieces may take longer to reach the recommended temperature, so remove from Grill in stages.
- Serve immediately with Cucumber Raita.
