    Fantastic!!! I took one of the other readers idea and added sour cream to beef and taco mixture I also added black beans to the mix very good addition.

    Decent. Wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but my grandma loved it. I think next time I would add sour cream in the mixture as well for sure

    Well, it smells great, just put it in the oven. Added leftover chili beans and mild Salsa as layers. cant wait to see how allcthat melds together.

    I made it with refries instead of hamburger, yogurt for sour cream. My family loved it.

    Great recipe! Even my picky child loved it! Used mild chiles so it wouldnt be too hot.

    Cooked it for my wife’s family and they loved it. Used corn chips instead of shells and added black beans.

    I used tortilla chips in place of the taco shells because I need to make my food gluten free. It was easy and my entire family liked it.

    very delicious. i am carb and calorie conscience. But if it does not have flavor, i wont eat it I try to get family to eat more healthy meals, however most times i have to trick them into healthy eating. With this meal, there was no need for trickery or convincing them to try it. They Loved it! Everything a taco has, this recipe has. Note: I skipped the sour cream to avoid unnecessary fat and calories.

    that was great! everyone loved it!!! no modifications. i made it with the sour cream and diced tomatoes. if i had to add something, maybe guacamole? but I'll definitely be making this again!

    Delicious!!! I will be making it again for sure! I used crushed up Nacho Doritos instead of the torn tortilla and added the lettuce and tomatoes after I dished out the casserole, topped it with sour cream and salsa!!!
