**Updated: Used two 10 oz. packages frozen strawberries, little bit of water, mashed/brought to boil. Take off heat, stir in dash lemon juice, about 2.5-3 tbsp chia seeds, and 1 tbsp each maple syrup, honey, monk fruit sugar or agave 5 cal.**
Used 2 heaping tbsp chia seeds and added dash lemon juice. Used about 1.75 cups frozen strawberries (still frozen when measured) and 1.75 cups mixed triple berries. So basically a heaping glass measuring cup of each. Used a combo of honey and 5 cal agave to sweeten. Also made it with frozen mango (added water during boil because it’s so thick) with same amounts ingredients.
