Very good recipe and instructions in clear steps. One new thing I learned was how to make the mayo siracha filling. . I substituted some ingredient - sugar instead of maple syrup (because I’m not a purist) and some of the filling ingredient. I made mine with julienned carrots, cucumbers and imitation crab. I also used a gadget that forms the sushi roll and makes it easy to cut even slices. For a beginner, I found this tool very handy.

Quick and easy to make. I used one cup of rice and it made two rolls.

Delicious! The kids loved it! We did teriyaki chicken and cucumber. We had Kewpie Mayonnaise in the cupboard and only added the Mayple Syrup because the kids don't like spicy.

Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever eaten!! I added smoked salmon and cream cheese to make a Philadelphia roll 🤩

Really well. Had a bit of trouble figuring out how to keep the nori from going soft but in the end I let the rice sit for a couple of minutes and that did the trick!
