Changes: added diced carrots, diced onions, and diced garlic, omitted cilantro . Very good flavor, good heat, makes enough for five or six meals! Might add tofu next time

Super easy!! I tripled the recipe hoping there would be a couple of days of leftovers...barely made it till the next lunch before it was all gone
