    Better than regular naan! I used a mixture of brown bread flour, flaxseed & coconut flour. The colour might look a bit off with those kinds of flours, but the coconut flour gives a delicious exotic taste!!

    I kept the proportions and added fresh coriander and garlic to the batter. I used normal self raising flower. The taste was great
