It was a nice take on grilled cheese, although I felt the avocados were kinda overkill the sandwich would of been just fine just cheese and sun dried tomatoes

wow. So freaking good. We made it with a sharp white cheddar progressos tomato soup, and it really made me happy. Next time, I think I'll try a fancier bread.
