Directions
- Choose a nice wooden cutting board and start adding meats and cheese.
- Place larger items like sliced meats and blocks or slices of cheese on the board first.
- Fill in gaps on your board with fresh and/or dried fruit as well as nuts and dried veg.
- Garnish with small flowers, herbs or leaves.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
