- 1/3 cup peas
- 1/3 cup panela cheese (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- lemon juice (as desired)
- lettuce leaves (for garnish, optional)
- pepper (as desired)
- salt (as desired)

Directions
- Mix the tomato, jalapeño pepper, peas, panela cheese, mayonnaise, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the bone and some of the pulp.
- Pour lemon juice all over the avocados.
