We really enjoyed this recipe. I didn’t make this with chicken though, I used a pre-seasoned pork roast. It was in the freezer and I put into the slow cooker while at work. I then followed the rest of the instructions.

Holy heck! These were great. I ended up using adobo because it was so similar and it was amazing. Even as leftovers they are delish! I recommend this recipe as a way to use up some leftover chicken.
