Our children didn’t relate to the texture of the strawberries in the pancakes.Easy recipe. We served it with strawberry ice cream.

Just perfect!
Adding the baking powder to the yogurt was fun - like yeast rising, so bubbly. I added 1/2 cup almond milk, my preference. These will be on a strawberry seasonal rotation!

It was so delicious towards the end when it was done added some strawberries on top and whip cream it was good

My new favorite pancakes! I added a splash of almond milk because they were really thick and also added a handful of chocolate chips. I used vanilla yogurt as well. They are so light and fluffy

The author wasn’t lying when she said the batter was thick. I used strawberry yogurt and it made it more strawberry flavorful. I did about 4oz of strawberry and 4 oz of vanilla. I ended up stirring in some vanilla almond milk but it was still extremely thick. I would also recommend finely chopping up the strawberries. The strawberries and thickness made it a little difficult to cook them evenly.

My family loves these pancakes! I make them almost every Saturday morning. The batter is a little too thick for my liking, so I'll add a little milk to thin it out a bit. They also taste great when I add white chocolate chips to the batter.

Moist, fluffy pancakes. Used honey instead of sugar, pleased with the result. It is necessary to pay attention to the pancakes, the batter is more delicate (than regular pancake batter) and can burn fast.

I cut the amount of ingredients in half to serve only two people and they came out so flavorful we didn't use syrup. The only ingredient I didn't have was baking powder so the pancakes weren't fluffy but they were still good. I topped the pancakes with powdered sugar instead of whipped cream.
