This turned out fantastic! I love strawberries so much and I’m hoping my strawberry plant will yield a lot of strawberries this year, so I wanted some good strawberry recipes, and this fits the bill. I am diabetic so I can’t eat much at a time, and I may play around with alternative sugars, but wow this is great! I added a simple glaze with red food coloring and excluded the nuts this time. Next time I may add pistachios because I think they would compliment the strawberries nicely.
It is worth mentioning that I did cut the recipe in half because two loaves at a time is a bit much for me. I did use two eggs which kept one loaf perfectly moist. My roommate, who doesn’t like strawberries or even the flavor much ended up enjoying this!

It turned out fantastic ! A little crumbly but I don’t mind I didn’t follow directions exact, added a little less sugar & put ingredients in different but it was still magic! It tasted so good and melts in your mouth. Not so sweet not so bland; perfection next time I MIGHT try more sugar it just was a lot of sugar to me! Overall 5/5
