This was not a hit for me or the fam. The pea pesto had a texture we didn’t care for - a bit gritty. My husband said it was “okay” and went ahead and ate some. Kids and I threw ours out and ate ramen. The foundational idea is good, and I will probably make a version with a Greek yogurt pesto sauce (pealess) with peas and sautéed onion and mushroom mixed in with the pasta to see if that turns out better for us.
