It’s so delicious! I was skeptical at first and thought the zucchini would be crunchy but it had the exact same consistency as lomein. I added mini sweet bell peppers in mine and can’t wait to experiment more.

This hit the "i need Chinese, right now" button....to have the salty and ever so slightly sweet, heaven. i will make again and again. if you can't have real low mein, this will do the trick!

Very tasty. I dont have a spiraler so bought ready made Zoodles. Added crushed ginger and garlic to the sauce and let it sit for a while. Used 1 med red onion and a handful of mushrooms. Also good with a little red chilli. Super quick, healthy and yum

Came out wonderfully! Tasted just like Chinese takeout, but with way fewer calories.

I didn’t have the right sauces. Still was good and the zucchini tasted like real noodles.
