Definitely yum! I used vegetable broth and sriracha, and added lemon and lime juice. After cooking on either side in the cast iron, then adding the sauce and simmering for about 20 min, I put it all into the oven to broil about 3 min on either side. The sauce thickened up beautifully, and the chicken was cooked perfect! Thanks :)

Tasted great my kids love it this meal goes excellent with rice and if your in the mood for spicy try a little red pepper flakes after you cook it

Delicious. Very easy and despite stickiness, pan cleaned up easily.

I added sriracha hot chili sauce for some heat.. If I make it again, I would also thicken the sauce. All in all I would make it again

Delicious! Just the right amount of sweet and spicy.

Very good. The sauce didn’t thicken though. Added a tbsp of corn starch in water to thicken at the end. Had with white rice and broccoli. I might make it with more sauce next time to coat the rice.
