It came out well the first time I tried it. I didn't have sriracha and was going to use regular hot sauce. However after doing some research, I saw that they aren't exactly the same. So I spent the $3 for a bottle of it. Also, I used fresh garlic when I normally use the stuff in the jar. I think it did make a difference. It was very delicious. I look forward to cutting up the cold pieces in the fridge and placing them on top of a salad with some low-fat creamy Caesar dressing. I am hoping it comes out like a buffalo chicken salad of some sort.

I made this, but I used flash frozen boneless skinless breasts and cooked from frozen. I was concerned that the flavor would suffer, but it was all the way through and really good.
