Perfect squash recipe! The only issue was I should have peeled the squash. Even though the skins were tender, this recipe would have been better with peeled squash! I’m making this again!

Love love love this recipe. I tweaked it a little to suit my taste. I cooked the squash in homemade chicken stock. I added ground red pepper ( for heat) and additional spice (know cubes, the equivalent of bouillon cubes). It came out excellent. Will make again.

This was so good. I did add some sliced zucchini to mine which my family thought was a great addition! So simple

This is exactly how my grandma used to make squash casserole. In fact I still have the recipe that has been passed down. Even if you aren’t a squash fan this just may change your mind. It is fantastic. Many thanks Miss Debbie! Another Hit!
