- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak
- 10 oz. white mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup sweet onion
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
- 1 pkg. knorr pasta side stroganoff
- 10 oz. baby spinach leaves

Directions
- Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak about 4 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside.
- Add mushrooms and onion to same skillet and cook about 4 minutes or until beginning to brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in water and milk and bring to a boil. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff. Continue boiling 8 minutes or until pasta is almost tender. Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute. Stir in reserved steak and cook 1 minute or until heated through.
