- 2 cups spinach (washed and chopped)
- 2 strips bacon (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. onion (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Directions
- Place the spinach into a salad bowl.
- Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add the bacon and onion and cook until the bacon becomes browned and crunchy.
- Add the vinegar to the pan and mix everything together.
- Pour the mixture onto the spinach, toss, and serve.
