    Very good! I added onion powder and garlic powder for taste. I also baked jalapeños with the spinach, cheese and sour cream and it gave it so much flavor and a little spice!

    My family loved it... even though I have those who are not fond of chicken breast. The breast is juicy because of the spinach mozzarella mix, yet I suggest that you season the chicken well because it will loose some of the seasoning through the mix. I recommend this dish not only because it’s delicious but it is also easy to make.

    Awesome! I’m still adjusting the ratio of cheese to spinach, but it fantastic overall. I serve it with roasted potatoes it’s become a staple in our house.

    If you do not cook often, do not attempt this. The directions are horribly lacking. I know how to cook so, I just did my own thing. I brined the chicken first, as others had said it lacked flavor. Add way more cheese and the stuffing will fall out, no matter how many toothpicks you put in.

    Meh. Directions are not the best. Lost alot of filling during saute process because as others say, sour cream makes it runny. Should have used the space that rambles about make sure to use pot holders to instead talk more about prep and making it come out correctly. Bland. I'll try a different recipe next time.

    Very good. Season the chicken liberally with salt and pepper. I used frozen spinach and defrosted and squeezed it dry. Also added some ricotta.

    I added chopped sun dried tomatoes, used ricotta cheese and a mix of white and yellow cheeses. Also wrapped each in two strips of bacon. It was a very popular dish!
