Actually looked just like the pic. I added sliced tomato on top for color. Also used fresh spinach instead of frozen or canned. I can see adding cooked vegie sausage crumbles and or a can of "Rotel" for addititional flavor and color. But it is delicious as is.

Loved it! I used plenty of fresh spinach from the garden and real eggs and it was perfect! Look forward to having it again!

I did not use low fat products, so I can’t speak to that, but the fattier version I made was really good. Will definitely make again, so easy.

Fantastic, I replaced the cottage cheese with lactose-free cheese, added small amount of salty cheese from goat's milk.
