Easy to make, but didn’t like the flavor. To me, the sesame oil overwhelmed the dish. Will make again w/less oil.

I used gochujjang for the chili sauce since that’s all I had and it tastes great. I love baby bok choy and has some extra so I decided to give this a try I think half the soy sauce is enough. It was a bit salty for my taste alone but it didn’t stop me from picking at it! With rice it might be fine but I try to watch my salt. I don’t even like ginger but this was very good. I’ll definitely have to make this again!

We substitute in shallots for garlic (due to an allergy) and it comes out fantastic! Definitely a regular that we will add to our asian meals.

Only used 2 bunches but didn't change recipe and quite a kick to it, but was great! Will definitely make again.
