Was looking for something quick, simple and healthy and this fit the bill. I did use the pepper flakes. My husband's a picky eater and he took seconds.

i added an onion, diced red pepper additional salt & peppe. Not bad and quick to mak.

Not a fan, added fresh mushrooms for extra flavor because it was lacking taste .

Nothing was left, the meal was good, but I should have given it more salt for taste.

My family liked this recipe. It was simple and easy. I didn't have the red pepper flakes and it still turned out great.
