- 1 noodles (bundles of Asian style, cooked according to package instructions*)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 onion (sliced in thin strips)
- 1/2 cup flank steak (cut in thin strips)
- 1/2 jalapeno chilies (sliced**)
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes (gochugaru, Korean)
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. black ground pepper

Directions
- In large pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Add the onions and stir until they are translucent. Add the beef and jalapenos and stir.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing gochugaru, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper together in a small bowl. Add the sauce to the pan and stir well.
- Add the cooked noodles and stir well with chopsticks, making sure that the sauce is well blended with the noodles. Season with salt lightly if desired.
