- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard (Vegan approved)
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 garlic clove (finely diced)
- 1 jalapeño (diced)
- 1 red onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. grapeseed oil (+ 1 Tbsp)
- 6 burger buns (your favorite, I used Brioche buns)
- 2 cups bbq sauce (Homemade Spicy, See Notes for Recipe)
