- 1/4 tsp. fenugreek (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. sweet paprika (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne, optional)
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 10 japanese cucumbers (washed and ends slightly trimmed)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
- water (Purified, to cover the cucumber)
- 1/2 tsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed in a mortar and pestle with ½ teaspoon salt)
- 2 large egg whites (or 1 large egg)
- 1 cup oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
