Very easy to make. I used it as a guide but to add more flavour, I cooked the garlic and onion with some tomato paste and added in some mixed vegetables and other spices I had in my pantry. Also, I made it a one-pot recipe by cooking all the ingredient in the pot and then adding in my couscous into the same pot. I added in my stock then and let it cook. It was a great dish on its own but I used it as a side. Big hit with the family!
