Delicious! I had to go to the website to get the instructions because on Yummly, it can not connect the links to most recipe instructions I attempt to find. I used small brown rice, precooked because it was on hand but the recipe came out perfect.

This took WAY longer than 20 minutes to absorb all the broth! I was worried the rice would be mushy, but the rest of my family loved this! I added a diced yellow bell pepper and chopped green onions and leftover vegan chorizo and black beans.

didn't have all the ingredients, so had to substitute. Turned out great tho.
