Once eating the dish it seemed lacking in flavor. Have plenty of left overs and will try improving them with more lemon, veggies, and with either white beans or fake chicken to add some protein.

It was great! Definitely use MORE mushrooms than suggested. I diced my mushrooms too for more of the mushroom flavor to come through. Super simple bit super yummy! Added garlic powder to add more flavor :)

I added 1.5 cups of diced tomatoes and some oregeno and it was really good!

Turned out very nice! Just added chives and parmesan in the end...delicious 🤤
