- 1 envelope lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups corn flakes or bran flakes cereal, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 green bell pepper (small, chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup ketchup

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Shape into loaf in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
- Bake 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve, if desired, with salsa.

Luv it! Omitted corn; green pepper and corn flakes.
My variation I added 1 Tblespn of Cumin; 1/2 tsp of black pepper and 1/2 tsp of season salt; 2 envelopes of soup mix. Instead of cornflakes I used plain Panko and 1 bag of BirdsEye SteamFresh Protein Blend Southwest Style.
I made mashed potatoes and creamed spinach as my sides. Family happy.

My family uses this frequently. Don't add the corn to it, but we add a chopped onion. Takes away the "southwestern" flair w/o the corn, but the recipe is still very good.
