This non-traditional smoked ham recipe wraps big flavor with Hillshire Farm® Smoked Ham lunchmeat, creamy cheese and taco seasoning.

- 1 lb. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Ham
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1.25 oz. taco seasoning mix
- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed, drained)
- 8.75 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas (large, 9”-10”)

Directions
- Thinly slice ham; set aside.
- Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese and taco seasoning in large bowl, stirring until well blended. Stir in black beans, corn, red pepper, onion and cilantro.
- Spread ½ cup of cream cheese mixture on tortilla to within ½ inch of edge. Sprinkle with ¼ cup cheese; lay slices of ham over cheese.
- Tightly roll up tortilla; repeat with remaining ingredients. Slice off ends of rolled tortillas and discard. Cut remaining roll into 1½ inch slices. If desired, uncut rolled tortillas can be wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before slicing and serving.
