- 1 batch chicken tenders (Southwest, grilled and chopped into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce (I like Romaine)
- 1 tomatoes (large, diced)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 limes (cut in quarters, squeeze over the top of the bowl)
