Love this but made some changes....I use a whole packet of Italian dry dressing. Add mushrooms and leave out the hot sauces. I used petite diced tomatoes instead if strew. I go ahead and add the cheeses in the goulash (a hand full) and use spaghetti sause instead of plain tomatoe sause. I cook the macaroni separate al-dente so only use a can of water. I have made it 3 times. All other ingredients are great

Delicious & better than I remember as a kid LOL. I used beef broth instead of water but followed the rest exactly.

Thought it was fabulous! Will definitely make it again! Leftovers were just as good as the first day. Just the right amount of spice.
