Best gluten free bread I’ve ever tasted. I made hamburger and hotdog buns and oh wow, they were a lot like “real” buns! I used oat milk, raw vinegar, and grape seed oil. I used her flour mix, except I used brown rice flour in place of white. I didn’t add the xanthan gum to her flour mix and added 2 tsp to the flour mix for the bread. I also used quick rise yeast and let them rise about 15-20 minutes before baking.

Finally! I used Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free all purpose flour and it turned out GREAT! This is the first successful gluten free bread I’ve made after many attempts. My only comment is that I should have baked it a little longer. Next time I’ll have an internal thermometer so I can make sure it’s fully baked. Thank you so much!!

Excellent. Tastes just like one of the gluten bread recipes I make. Read all of the directions through before making, for some seem a bit backwards. It's too soft to use as sandwich bread, but I still like very much!

If you’re debating whether or not to make this, don’t! It is so soft and moist it will be the best gf bread you’ve ever had. I honestly think it is even better than normal wheat bread you would buy. Try this!!! Super easy to make even I can make it.

I haven’t tasted it... or cut it. But I’m giving full marks on how easy it was to follow the instructions and how at every stage ingredients looked as described. I did cook mine longer at about an hour. But it looks good to me. I’ll have a gluten free friend try it later.👍🏼
