- 1 prebaked pizza crusts (10 to 14 oz.)
- 1 cup sofrito (Simply Sofrito, recipe here: https://www.yummly.com/recipe/Simple-sofrito-304046)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)
- pizza toppings (your favorite, thinly sliced peppers, onions, pepperoni and/or sausage)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Arrange pizza crust on cookie sheet. Evenly spread Simple Sofrito over crust, then sprinkle with cheese and toppings.
- Slide crust directly onto oven rack and bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Remove from oven using cookie sheet. Cut into 8 slices and serve.
