- 2 oz. semisweet chocolate (melted)

- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg white (30 grams)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 oz. semisweet chocolate (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (Use expeller pressed coconut oil for the most neutral flavor)
- 9 graham crackers (broken in half and divided)

Directions
- Place the bowl of the KitchenAid® Ice Cream Maker Attachment in the freezer overnight.
- Pour the milk into a small pot and place over medium heat.
- Combine the egg yolks, sugar, cocoa, and salt in the larger bowl of the KitchenAid® Stand Mixer.
