- 300 grams smoked salmon (in long slices)
- 1 mango (thinly sliced)
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 50 grams walnuts (chopped)

Directions
- Spread the cream cheese on the smoked salmon and sprinkle with walnuts. Layer the mango over the walnuts.
- Place a layer of lamb’s lettuce on one of the long edges with the stems inside the roll and the tops extending beyond it.
- Roll up each salmon slice and place on a platter to serve.
