Yummy easy and great for lunches.

This came out kind of grainy. Like the spices didn't blend. I think next time I would make the spice mix in some broth to make a paste then add to meat.

I added some sambal sauce, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon & turmeric...it really was good!

Meat shredded. No real flavor. Five hours on low would have been fine. I can't really think of a way to rescue this one.
