- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 15 oz. black beans (1 can, rinsed and drained)
- 11 oz. Mexican style corn (1 can, drained)
- 4 oz. chopped green chilies (1 can, undrained)
- 2.25 oz. pitted olives (1 can, sliced, ripe)
- 1 oz. taco seasoning mix (1 package, chicken)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz)
- 12 soft taco size whole wheat tortillas (8-in., warmed)

Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and tortillas in 4-1/2-quart slow cooker sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook covered at LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours. Stir in cheese. Serve on tortillas and garnish, if desired, with salsa and sour cream.
