The flavour is great, but it had way too much liquid. I had to simmer it down for hours on the stove. Recommend cutting back the liquid by about 25%. I used the instant pot method.

Delicious! The spices went perfectly with the veggies. I recommend not peeling the potatoes if you enjoy the potato skin flavor!
