Good
I’d make it again. We’re gluten free so didn’t put the beans in as couldn’t find gluten free beans

Easy to put together with ingredients that are staples in my kitchen. Will definitely make again.

I read reviews from the actual recipe blog first. Everyone said how bland the soup was so I added quite a bit more salt, basil, cayenne pepper and stock. I thought it was pretty good only with the added spice and stock. Healthy and very easy to make. Next time will add less onion and ,Abe some chicken or sausage.

Great...everyone loved it

Made this a few times already since we like it so much. We used pasta instead of quinoa and often just throw in whatever vegetable we have in the fridge.

Ptetty good. Tastes like its italian. Could be thicker but thats the style of the soup✌

Great! The quinoa soaked up most of the liquid, so I will just use 1/2 cup of quinoa next time.

This was surprisingly good! I say surprisingly because usually I find healthy soups to be bland but this is not. The only slight interaction I made is I put 23 oz of beans instead of 15

It was great! My son, who is kind of picky and not really a big fan of soup, even asked for seconds!

I absolutely love this recipe. It is extremely simple, tastes delicious, and isn't unhealthy in the least. I could eat this for every meal!

delicious. family of loved it. i didn't have 1c quinoa, so i used half quinoa & half barley. i seasoned with soy sauce instead of salt. super easy. this is a keeper!

Did not enjoy this at all. :(

I wish the recipe specified how many cups a "bunch" of kale is. I ended up putting in too much. Also, the proportion of beans is too small. Next time I'll add another can. But I will make this again.

Great! I didn’t check what broth I had and ended up using a combo of chicken and beef broth. Still turned out really well!

Thanks for posting this tasty recipe. After gathering all my ingredients, I realized I only had a 3 qt cooker and had to half the recipe, which was a bummer. Next time, I think I'll use baby kale. My kale was a little tough and bitter.

So tasty and easy! Substituted fresh herbs for the dry.

This is easy and delicious. Makes the entire house smell yummy while it is cooking in the crock pot.

This was just ok. I'm not sure what made it so boring but, but it did not delight as some other recipes. My critics said they would remove the beans and add tofu, but I'm not sure.
When serving, I suggest you drizzle with 100% virgin oil and fresh grated parmesan.

Loved it as a winter soup. Great as leftovers or freezing half of the batch for later. Will make again
