This recipe is always a good decision. added some lobster and halibut to this to make a tasty seafood chowder. Perfect for wicked cold February day!

It was a bit bland tasting, I had to eat it reheated but maybe it’s better when freshly cooked

Pretty good flavor. The potatoes didn't break down like I expected, need to cut the potatoes pretty small, also maybe a little less time than recommended. I also added a splash of sherry.
