One of the best and most versatile things I’ve ever made! I did add 1 tablespoon of red pepper instead of a pinch. It made it spicy but not very.
We ate it the first night over rice as intended. We used the left over chicken (I used 6 things) for sliders. The chicken on Hawaiian rolls with havarti cheese.
Also made one version of sliders by just adding a little BBQ sauce to the chicken. my daughter just thought it was regular bbq chicken :)
husband loved both ways but next time I’ll make more so he can have more leftovers for sliders. Guys love sliders :)

Excellent and super easy! Served it for company and they loved it! Us too 😊 I used a big package of thighs (15) and increased the sauce. I don’t think I needed to do that. My son is allergic to garlic, so I had to leave that out. I’m sure it’s even better with garlic! Definitely a keeper! Served with broccoli and rice and a simple fruit salad of pineapple tidbits, mango chunks and sliced bananas.

Absolutely awesome! I halved the soy sauce as recommended by another. I added cooked broccoli before topping with the scallions yummmmmmm! 😋
