A really great one here and depending of what kind of bbq sauce you use you can make it have that extra unique flavor. We have been using this recipe for about 7 years now.

Turned out great! I would turn down the salt to 1 Tbsp. I had a 3.1# pork shoulder.

A definite make! Did not change anything. Froze leftovers in small amounts for future meals and tasted like it was just made, just added a small amount to reheat on the stove.
