- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed, I'd opt for little-to-no pulp. The pulp can taste a bit bitter when cooked)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup

Amazing, i have made it twice in a week. I subbed orange juice for concentrate and bbq sauce for ketchup. I used 1 piri piri, next time i will use 2. I will also dredge in egg before the flour so the breading sticks.

I’m literally still shocked that this recipe worked! This was so good! I thought it was going to be too sweet but it was perfect. I did add about a half tsp of red pepper which kicked it up a notch too.

I did everything the recipe call for . The texture wasn’t crunchy the sauce was really acidic.

Awesome!!! Dredged in cornstarch instead of flour and browned first- amazing over long grain rice!!!

Very yummy! Chicken didn’t stay as crispy as I wanted it to be in crockpot but still delicious!

Over all it was pretty good, I added fresh ginger and garlic, and substituted balsamic for rice vinegar. I felt like the orange juice concentrate was too much and I’d probably try juice instead next time

This was fantastic! I did add extra sugar to diminish some of the tartness. I also sprinkled crushed garlic and sautéed onions over the top of the chicken after placing it in the slow cooker. Served over rice this dish was delicious!!!

It was way too tart and strong, I even added a little extra sugar and it was bitter. Would never make again.

The sauce came out a little too sweet and I cut the chicken into small other than that it was very good
